SAFETY: Fitted with sturdy handles and knob, silicone anti-scalding handle covers are included to protect against heat and provide grip when in use.

PERFORMANCE: A steam vent is incorporated into the tempered glass lid to control moisture levels during cooking, ensuring that food does not dry out and retains flavour and succulence.
